1) Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and if any of the above conditions apply extra charge shall be applied and the customer will be notified before proceeding with his shipment.
2) Upon placing your order, we shall contact you via a Whatsapp to confirm your order, a 60% advanced payment is required, the remaining amount shall be paid before delivery.
3) Our fulfilment team will call or text you within 3 days before the delivery date to check your availability.
4) We always try to provide a high quality delivery service so kindly, expect delivery in a 3 hours time frame.
5) Delivery for most products between 8-10 weeks (excluding friday's, sunday's and official vacations).
6) Delivery for dining items between 12-14 week (excluding friday's, sunday's and official vacations).
7) If the order contains products with different delivery duration, items shall be delivered all together on the latest delivery date, or else upon request shall be delivered separately with additional delivery fees.
8) Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are clear and wide enough for it to pass.
9) Furniture handling is till the 4th floor with a wide staircase in order to guarantee product quality any additional floors there will an additional fees applied, maximum handling is till 7th floor otherwise the customer is required to provide a lift at his own cost and under his supervision.
10) Product images with fabric/veneer/lacquered implementation don't reflect the actual texture and color 100%, and should be considered as a reference visual only.
11) We do our best to ensure all dimensions and sizes are accurate; however, slight variations of around 2%–5% may occur due to the nature of production.
12) Natural shades might have irregularities in the natural form of the wood and it would be visible and we wont be able to conceal it anyway.

1) يتم حساب رسوم الشحن عند إتمام الطلب، وفي حال انطباق أي من الشروط الخاصة سيتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية، وسيتم إخطار العميل قبل متابعة عملية الشحن.
2) عند تقديم الطلب، سنتواصل معك عبر واتساب لتأكيده. يُطلب دفع 60٪ مقدماً، ويتم سداد المبلغ المتبقي قبل التسليم.
3) فريق الشحن الخاص بنا سيتواصل معك عبر مكالمة أو رسالة خلال ٣ أيام قبل موعد التسليم للتأكد من توافرك لاستلام الطلب.
4) نحرص دائمًا على تقديم خدمة توصيل عالية الجودة، لذلك يُرجى توقع التسليم خلال مدة زمنية قدرها 3 ساعات من وقت التوصيل المحدد.
5) يتم تسليم معظم المنتجات خلال مدة تتراوح بين 8 إلى 10 أسابيع (باستثناء يومي الجمعة والأحد والعطلات الرسمية).
6) يتم تسليم منتجات السفرة خلال مدة تتراوح بين 12 إلى 14 أسبوعًا (باستثناء يومي الجمعة والأحد والعطلات الرسمية).
7) في حال احتواء الطلب على منتجات ذات مدد تسليم مختلفة، يتم تسليم جميع المنتجات معًا وفقًا لأطول مدة تسليم، أو يمكن تسليمها بشكل منفصل بناءً على طلب العميل مقابل رسوم توصيل إضافية.
8) يُرجى التأكد من أن المنتج سيتناسب مع المساحة المخصصة له داخل الغرفة، وأن الممرات والأبواب المؤدية إلى المكان واسعة وخالية لتسهيل مرور المنتج دون ضرر
9) شمل النقل حتى الطابق الرابع فقط بشرط وجود سلم واسع لضمان الحفاظ على جودة المنتج.
وفي حال وجود طوابق إضافية يتم تطبيق رسوم إضافية بحد أقصى حتى الطابق السابع، وما بعد ذلك يتوجب على العميل توفير أوناش أو مصاعد على نفقته وتحت إشرافه الشخصي.
10) صور المنتجات التي تحتوي على قماش أو قشرة خشب أو دهان لامع لا تعكس الملمس أو اللون الفعلي بنسبة ١٠٠٪، ويجب اعتبارها للعرض كمرجع بصري فقط.
11) نبذل قصارى جهدنا لضمان دقة جميع الأبعاد والمقاسات، ومع ذلك قد تحدث اختلافات طفيفة تتراوح بين ٢٪ إلى ٥٪ نظرًا لطبيعة عملية التصنيع.
12) قد تحتوي الدرجات الطبيعية للخشب على بعض الاختلافات أو العيوب الطبيعية في الشكل، وستكون مرئية، ولا يمكننا إخفاؤها بأي شكل من الأشكال.
