1) Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout and if any of the above conditions apply extra charge shall be applied and the customer will be notified before proceeding with his shipment.

2) We always try to provide a high quality delivery service so kindly, expect delivery in a 3 hours time frame.

3) Delivery for most products between 6-8 weeks (excluding friday's, sunday's and official vacations).

4) Delivery for dining items between 10-12 week (excluding friday's, sunday's and official vacations).

5) If the order contains products with different delivery duration, items shall be delivered all together on the latest delivery date, or else upon request shall be delivered separately with additional delivery fees.

6) Please make sure the item will fit into the room and also make sure doorways and hallways on the way are clear and wide enough for it to pass.

7) Furniture handling is till the 4th floor with a wide staircase in order to guarantee product quality any additional floors there will an additional fees applied, maximum handling is till 7th floor otherwise the customer is required to provide a lift at his own cost and under his supervision.

4) يتم تسليم منتجات غرف السفرة خلال فترة من 10 إلى 12 أسبوعًا (باستثناء أيام الجمعة والأحد والعطلات الرسمية).

5) في حال احتوى الطلب على منتجات بمدة تسليم مختلفة، فسيتم تسليم جميع العناصر معًا في موعد التسليم الأبعد، أو يمكن تسليمها بشكل منفصل بناءً على طلب العميل مقابل رسوم توصيل إضافية.

6) يُرجى التأكد من أن المنتج سيتناسب مع مساحة الغرفة، وأن الممرات والأبواب المؤدية إليها خالية وواسعة بما يكفي لمرور المنتج.

7) يتم رفع الأثاث حتى الطابق الرابع في حال وجود سُلَّم واسع لضمان جودة المنتج، ويُفرض رسم إضافي لكل طابق إضافي بعد ذلك، مع حد أقصى حتى الطابق السابع. بخلاف ذلك، يُطلَب من العميل توفير مصعد على نفقته وتحت إشرافه.
